Shipping, Returns & Replacements
Every candle is poured in small batches and shipped from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. Orders are processed the next business day and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 days from there. I ship within the U.S. only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Take a moment to double-check your address before you place your order. These candles are made to order, and a wrong address is a hard thing to undo.

If something is out of stock
Soy candles can't be rushed. Each one cures for days after pouring, so when a scent sells out, it takes a little time to return. If you're waiting on a favorite, the newsletter is the first place restocks are announced.

About hand-poured candles
No two candles here are identical. Pure soy wax frosts, discolors slightly, and settles in its own way. These aren't flaws. They're the nature of soy, and the mark of a candle made by hand. How your candle looks may vary. How it burns and fills a room will not.

Damaged or defective candles
I check every candle before it ships. But transit is transit, and sometimes things arrive broken. If your candle arrives damaged or something isn't right, email me at info@trilliumcandlecompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the candle and the packaging it came in. I'll send a replacement. No need to ship anything back. Two honest notes. Replacements are for candles that arrive damaged or defective, and only for candles that haven't been burned. Once a wick is lit, I can't replace it. Scent is personal. If a fragrance isn't your favorite, that's not a defect. Because candles are made to order, I can't accept returns or exchanges for preference. All sales are final, but I stand behind what I make. If something's genuinely wrong, you'll always reach me directly, and I'll make it right.

A note on candle care
Candles are simple things, but they're still open flames. By purchasing, you agree to burn and store your candles safely and follow the care instructions included with your order.
